Vintage Ladybugs

I visited my grandma the other day and we had tea together. I can't think of many things that are better in life than that. These are the times that she always tells me her tips and tricks in life. I love when she goes through all her jewelry and shows me all her treasures and tells me the stories behind them.

This time she surprised me with these adorable vintage ladybug earrings! I think they are so cute and I just had to share them because it is so rare that I come across something vintage!

I'm glad to hear you received the bando! I wanted to write you that it could take some time until it's there, but the post seems to be real quick with overseas shipping :)

Oh how sweet those earrings are. I love ladybirds. This picture reminds me of a painted wood ladybird bracelet I had as a child.

I miss my Grannys, one is far away the other is in England. Definitely make the most of every minute you have with her!

those earrings are so beautiful!
grandmothers are the best, there is such a nice relationship between grandmothers & grandaughters.
at the weekend my grandmother gave me a stunning turn of the century diamond and pearl bracelet that belonged to her mother in law, they are great vintage treasure troves!

Oh, that is so sweet, and they are adorable! I remember being fascinated with my grandma's jewelry when I was little, she had a ring that was two emeralds put together and it always liked like a shiny green ant to me, loved it! Touching post.

Those are amazing and so special because of all the history behind them. My grandmother is deceased, but my dad gave me her wedding ring and it's the most meaningful/sentimental piece of jewelry I own. I look at it and think of her and it makes me smile.
