Beauty In Your Own Backyard

"The creation of beauty is Art."

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

It is so easy to get caught up with all the family events, holidays, weddings, work, and whatever else life keeps us busy with. And because of that, it is easy to miss out on the beauty that may be on our own doorstep. But today I stopped. I stopped and noticed the beauty in my own backyard...

I am so excited because our entire yard started to bloom this week too. So nice to see the buds opening up after a long winter! Have a great weekend. :)

they are all beautiful - but I especially love the forsythia - I think it's the way you have the camera looking up into it :)

Did you take those? So professional, they're lovely! How lucky you are to have that in your backyard!

You are absolutely right! I tell my grown daughters: whatever you do, remember to stop to smell the roses. Or whatever else is blooming.

Oh I love seeing people's own photos and these flowers are beautiful, especially the second one. You're so lucky having these in your back yard!

At the moment, sadly, I don't have a garden but having the beach on my doorstep comes a pretty good runner up.

Happy Spring!
