Introducing: Vanessa Adao

Today I would like to tell you all about Vanessa Adao from A Casa da Va! Six months ago, Vanessa went back to Brazil (where she was born) and devoted that time to focus on textile design.

Now, Vanessa has moved back to the States, exhibited her work at PrintSource NY, and has opened up her online store! She uses her hand-drawn and digital skills, and incredible creativity, to design prints for interiors and fashion.

I love how Vanessa has created 7 collections, each with a unique style. Each collection has 4 different prints and fabric that you can buy by the yard, as well as pillow covers and wallpaper.

And for more exciting news, there are three more collections on the way! Soon there will be the Bonita collection, which is folky inspired, the Antonieta collection, which is French inspired, and the Ludica collection, which will have watercolor-inspired/dreamy patterns.

Vanessa has been an inspiration to me. I admire people who follow their dreams as much as she does in order to make dreams become reality. She is such an amazing designer, so please check out her store here!!

My sweet friend!!!!
First of all, thank you for coming to visit me and yes, I have had a great first week. It is very exhausting to try to get back into my morning routine AND blog. That is why I said on my post that I would be late in visiting [people because I typically in the summer have THE TIME to follow everyone but now with school, to get up at 3:30am to blog and get ready to go to work is going to take some getting used to! BUT I LOVE YOU ALL!

NOW THIS DESIGNER IS ONE BOLD and wonderful artist! Bold to take her talents further than I would at this point, and her colors are splendid!

BRAVO and KEEP FOLLOWING AND HONING YOUR SKILLS MY DEAR!

Have a wonderful evening, Anita
