Paris: Simply Irresistible in Red, Black, and White

Today I am joining Anita, the sweet heart from Castles Crowns and Cottages, for the Paris: Simple Irresistible link party!

It is about all the wonderful things that make Paris so special to each one of us.

I think Paris has a special meaning that is different to each individual based on unique experiences and memories that we create there. To me, the beauty of the city spoke to me the most. Everywhere you look you see the most amazing architecture. And here are other things that really made Paris to me...

Fashion

sweet treats

Notre Dame

macarons and espresso

cafes

that beautiful architecture

boat rides on the Seine

shopping

and of course, the Eiffel Tower!

And those are some of the things that make Paris irresistible to me.

There are many blogs linking up, so visit Anita's, then browse other blogs and follow the party!

Let Them Eat Cake

Can you eat your cake and have it to?

I think the little joys in life make it a little more possible to do that....

taking the time to read

indulging every so often with dessert

spending time with those you love

hanging out with good friends

taking some time for yourself to relax

and fashion...or any of the things in life that make you happy, whatever they may be.

Parisian Eating

While going through old emails, I came across one I received a while back from The Kitchn. It was entitled "How to Lunch Like a Parisian" and made me want to revisit some pictures that I took in Paris.

I know lava cakes are here in the U.S., but the first time I had one was at a hotel in Paris...now one of my favorite desserts!
Sara Kate from the Kitchn stated, "The attitude in France about food is so different from the way we approach the subject in the U.S." I couldn't agree more. I think people fall in love with the food just as much as the city as a whole!

Look at this great purple color in the lobby. Tres chic!

And the adorable courtyard outside.

Paris really is for lovers...
